I honestly can't review Sue highly enough. She made a fraught, stressful situation so much easier for me and my sister, who were selling our family home of 63 years after my mom's passing and my Dad's move to an assisted living place. The house, which had almost quadrupled in size since my parents bought it, was chock full. Every closet, every drawer.
Sue and her team came in for days and went through and priced and displayed everything. She took wonderful photos and marketed the sale like crazy. We had a line out the door for two days.
We sold so much but of course there were things which did not sell. She then had people she worked with come in and clear the house, making sure to donate, place and recycle as much as possible--which was very important to us.
All of this was done on a VERY truncated schedule because I was flying in and out from the West Coast and we were not really aware of all that had to be done--and settlement on the house was looming.
In addition to the professionalism and great results, I will also say that Sue is just the loveliest of people. So caring and understanding. I felt totally taken care of. Yes, we were all trying to make money, but that never seemed to be driving all this. She knew and appreciated that we wanted as many of our possessions to go to people who wanted and would appreciate them.
As I started this, I can really not recommend Sue enough. I will be forever grateful to her.
