CONSIGNMENT
Great Estates by Sue is delighted to offer you the service of consigning your unwanted belongings with us. As a consignor, you gain the benefit of selling without losing out on the value of your items. As a buyer, consignment is one of the best ways to refresh your home, style, and find unique items; found nowhere else.
Our Studio is conveniently located in the heart of Havertown, PA and is filled with high quality, one-of-a-kind finds of Mid-Century Modern, Traditional, Transitional, Contemporary, Vintage, and Retro style furniture, home decor, fashions, jewelry and more. Additionally, we offer beautifully curated collections of china, crystal, silver, and art; there is truly something for everyone and our inventory is always changing.
OUR CONSIGNMENT PROCESS
How It Works?
All consignment is by appointment only. If you have smaller pieces of home decor, fashions, jewelry, framed prints/art, china, lamps, mirrors, etc., please call 610.416.7324 to set-up an appointment to bring in your items. For larger furniture items such as sofa's, settee's, chairs, dining rooms, kitchen sets, outdoor furniture, etc., please fill out our Consignment Form, include pictures and the following information:
· Designer and or Manufacturer name
· Age of item (if known)
· Origin or place of purchase
· Original cost (if known)
We will evaluate your items by the information and photographs that you provide and will notify you as soon as possible if we see a market for your submission(s). If you have several pieces of furniture you are looking to consign, we will often set up a home visit and take a look at your furniture in person. Also, please include your full name, home address and phone number.
NOTE: We do not accept items that are damaged or need to be repaired or reupholstered. We are only interested in clean, high-quality merchandise. We will determine acceptance on a case by case basis.

Studio Sale Events
Unique to our Studio, we operate year-round “pop-up” sale events. When we are not on site at a private residence holding an Estate Sale, you will find us in Havertown. Our Studio sale events occur on weekends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3pm each day. Sign up on our exclusive mailing list to be the first notified of when sales will be held! Pricing
Great Estates by Sue will always price merchandise fairly, the goal is to sell our clients items. We will set pricing based on current pricing, market value, and the item’s current condition. Selling prices are non-negotiable and are determined solely by Great Estates by Sue.
